What do you make of the MySpace Indictment?

There is a number of articles and view going around about the possible precedent the indictment of a women who faked a profile on MySpace that led to a girl committing suicide will set. According to some such as Wired they indictment is making a felon out of anybody who violates the terms of service any website.

Well technically that maybe but normally these violations do not have the consequenes that this one has. There is more to it than just violating MySpaces terms. This women harassed and hounded the pour girl who was already vulnerable and pushed her over the edge. I say stuff any precedent this sets, lock the women up for a long long time.
