I want to use Hulu

I like the look of Hulu, which has now gone public. All right I admit I have had a login for a while now but it’s been kind of useless. Why? I live in New Zealand. Yeah I’m on the other side of the world so Hulu won’t let me watch anything. How mean is that!

I think Hulu will be a success but it will be an even bigger success if it opens up to other countries. If you are a lucky one who can actually watch stuff on Hulu then leave me a comment with your thoughts.

SXSW Twittering

I’m so bummed I didn’t get to go to SXSW. Sigh! Never mind I will try and get there next year. Still with the Internet and sites such as Twitter it was kind of like being there anyway. All right it’s not the same as getting to go to all the parties. The coverage of SXSW via Twitter has been really good. I have also found Cali Lewis has done some neat coverage on her podcast, GeekBrief.

Some of the big names from the Internet where there. Ok I wasn’t but others were. It sounded like there was heaps of cool stuff going on but there was some bad stuff to. The worst would have to be the interview of Mark Zuckerberg by Sarah Lacy. Has to go down as one of the worst interviews ever and lets just say it wasn’t Zuckerberg’s fault.

So if you missed SXSW I hope you were still following it on Twitter and elsewhere. Maybe we can all go next year.
